In the house that I lived in at the time of this story, strange things happened to other people but not me. I slept in the room at the top of the stairs. One night I was awakened by someone calling my name, when I yelled down to my sister to ask her what she wanted she told me she didn't yell for me and everyone else was asleep. I went back to sleep thinking I was dreaming when again someone yelled for me so I got up started down the stairs when it felt as if someone had pushed me from behind. As I fell I didn't touch any steps until I reached the bottom.

The next encounter I got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and I was once again pushed from the top of the stairs. This house is a very old log cabin that was believed to be part of the underground railroad. A previous owner of the house said her little girl was hit in front of the house and died in the kitchen. My Nephew who was three at the time refused to inter the kitchen alone because he could see a little girl standing in the doorway of the kitchen, he said she was wearing a blue dress and had blond hair which was the description her mother had given us.

The unused bedroom upstairs, no one will enter because it makes them sick to their stomachs, you can feel the presence in the room. I could never sleep with my back to the unused room because I always felt the presence of two small children standing at the side of my bed. I never saw the children but I dreamed about them all the time.

My family still lives in that house and till this day you can still hear footsteps walking around in the unused bedroom and footsteps up and down the stairs, you can also hear voices whispering in the room at night time when everyone is asleep.
